What it does
Trenbolone enanthate delivers the same effects as the acetate version with a longer ester, so twice-weekly injections are enough. The trade-off is serious: if insomnia, anxiety or blood pressure problems appear, they persist for weeks after stopping rather than days.
Mechanism
Same 19-nor androgen receptor mechanism as trenbolone acetate; the ester only slows release. Non-aromatizing, progestogenic, prolactin raising.
