Superdrol (Injectable)
Also known as Methasterone, Methyldrostanolone, SD, Superdrol
An injectable anabolic steroid (not a peptide) known for rapid strength and fullness — and for being one of the harshest compounds on the liver and lipids.
Anabolic steroid — not a peptide
This compound is an anabolic steroid, not a research peptide. It has a different risk profile, legal status, and side-effect spectrum. The information here is for education only and is not medical advice or a recommendation to use. Read the medical disclaimer.

- Documented dose
- 20–50 mg
- Typical frequency
- Daily or every other day (no ester; short ~24–36 h oil depot)
- Cycle
- 4 weeks on, 4 off
- Half-life
- Roughly 8–12 hours (injectable versions in oil release more slowly than oral)
- Common vial sizes
- 10 mg
- Regulatory status
- Controlled anabolic steroid (Schedule III in the US). Not approved for any medical use. Possession without a prescription is illegal in many countries. Listed for education only — this is not a peptide and is not something we link vendors for.
Dose on a U-100 syringe
This dose is too large to draw in one standard U-100 insulin syringe at common mixes. It is typically drawn from a larger vial, mixed at a higher concentration, or split into more than one injection. Run your own vial through the reconstitution calculator.
What it does
Superdrol (methasterone, aka methyldrostanolone) is a 17-alpha-methylated, DHT-derived anabolic-androgenic steroid — not a peptide. The injectable (oil-based, unesterified) form is used for rapid strength and mass gains. Reported injectable doses range widely: conservative users run 20 mg/day, while aggressive users report up to 50 mg/day, often split into two injections (e.g. 25 mg per side) because of injection volume and post-injection pain. Higher doses sharply increase liver, blood-pressure, and lipid strain.
Mechanism
Potent oral-derived androgen receptor agonist with strong anabolic:androgenic ratio. Non-aromatizing (no estrogen conversion). The 17-alpha-methyl group that makes it orally active is also what makes it hepatotoxic — injecting skips first-pass liver metabolism but the compound still passes through the liver, so liver toxicity is reduced, not eliminated.
Storage — lyophilisedwhat's this?
Oil-based injectable: store at room temperature away from light. No refrigeration needed.
Storage — reconstitutedwhat's this?
Once opened, keep the vial clean with alcohol swabs and use within a few months.
Reconstitution noteswhat's this?
Comes pre-made as an oil solution, typically 40–50 mg/mL — no reconstitution needed. Drawn with a standard gauge needle; often injected shallow IM with insulin-style syringes in rotation sites (delts, glutes, quads, biceps). Split larger daily doses across two sites to reduce volume and post-injection pain per injection.

Contraindications noted
- Any liver condition or elevated liver enzymes
- High blood pressure or cardiovascular disease
- Personal or strong family history of heart disease

Research notes
No legitimate human clinical research exists for bodybuilding doses. All dosing knowledge is anecdotal/community-derived. 20–40 mg/day is the most commonly cited injectable range; some users push to 50 mg/day split across sites. Injectable is often reported as smoother on appetite, lethargy, and digestion than oral, but liver values, blood pressure, and lipids still worsen — bloodwork before, during, and after is essential.
