What it does
Proviron adds little on its own but is used alongside other compounds to lower SHBG, which raises free testosterone, and to add a dry, firm quality. It is also commonly used to help with libido on cycle. It is not 17-alpha-alkylated, so it is far easier on the liver than most orals.
Mechanism
DHT derivative with high SHBG binding affinity and weak anabolic activity. Mildly anti-estrogenic. Not liver-alkylated.
