What it does
Dianabol works fast: strength and weight climb within the first week or two, largely from a mix of real tissue and considerable water. It is usually run as a short front-load at the start of a longer injectable cycle. Blood pressure and estrogen management matter more with Dbol than with most orals.
Mechanism
17-alpha-alkylated testosterone derivative with strong anabolic activity. Aromatizes readily to estrogen, driving water retention and gynecomastia risk.
